Changing the Store Name or Event Location

  1. Any person with an Admin account on OnQ’s Converge platform can update the store name, location or event name in the Store field.  Step one is to log in to Converge with your Admin credentials.
  2. From the Home page click the uppermost Devices tab in the top left.
  3. In the top center right click Enable Editing Mode.
  4. Change the information in the Store column of the specific tablet you want to change.  You can update multiple tablets from this screen. (Note: please do not change the tablet Name or any other data here.)
  5. When finished changing Store info click on Disable Editing Mode.
  6. To confirm your updates, refresh the page by hitting the circle-arrow to the right of your name in the bottom left.
