Sony Events Troubleshooting Guide


When the Associate initially arrives at the event each day, they need to
1) Check that the build on the device matches the latest production release
as shown in CMS, or informed by the Sony team
2) If not, then keep the device powered on, connected to wifi, and inactive
for 15-30 minutes until the the latest content build is received.
If the Associate uses it immediately after powering it on, the tablet may not have the latest build of the questionnaire.

Do You Need to Change the Store Name/Location?

Is the display not working, black screen or having power issues?

Is the display having connectivity issues?
